Beef Stew
Yields 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound stew meat
1 pound potatoes
5 ounces carrots
1 tablespoon onion, minced
2 tablespoons beef broth granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
a good dash of ground pepper
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a slow cooker, stir to evenly disperse granules, and cook on high for four hours. I like to serve with some nice bread to soak up the broth.
